Pilates
Come and experience this wonderful exercise technique. The pace is slow and the movements will strengthen & stretch the whole body. Perfect for getting you back in shape following pregnancy or injury (please speak to us first if you will be attending classes for these reasons)

 

Hi-Lo Workout
A fun class with easy-to-follow choreography. Jump hi or keep lo - either way you will reap the benefits of this aerobic workout. Finishes with toning exercises and a gentle stretch.

 

 

 


Total Body Workout
An energizing workout using light resistance equipment to target the whole body, keeping you fit & toned and in the best possible shape.

 

 


Legs Bums & Tums
An easy to follow low impact class designed to tone and strengthen those "problem areas".

 

 

Get Moving!

Classic aerobic moves combined with simple choreography that will work you hard — whatever your level.

Great for beginners!
