With help from CeriSport, you may be joining in with that aerobics class sooner than you think!

Ceri is qualified to develop fitness programs and offer nutritional advice on a one-to-one or a group basis.

An initial assessment involves the gathering of information relating to your current levels of exercise, diet, and fitness goals. From this, a fitness profile and report is produced detailing the clients current level of fitness.

If desired, an exercise and dietary plan is developed to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Ceri is available to support this fitness regime through weekly consultations and/or workouts. You will not be pressurised into any specific activity.

Whatever your fitness goals, we have the experience you need. If you want to run a marathon, or just feel better after a walk in the country, CeriSport are the people you need.
